NOTE

〜にかけては signifie pour ce qui est de (un domaine ou une compétence) — le sujet excelle dans ce domaine.

料理りょうりにかけては、母ははは誰だれにも負まけない。
Pour ce qui est de la cuisine, ma mère ne perd contre personne.
La proposition qui suit にかけては est presque toujours une évaluation **positive** d'une compétence ou d'un talent.
NOTE

Utilisez-le pour isoler un domaine où quelqu'un est le meilleur — pas pour des remarques générales sur un sujet.

NOTE
