Explication
NOTE
〜にあたって signifie à l'occasion de ou au moment de — une expression formelle pour des événements importants.
開会にあたって、一言挨拶を申し上げます。
À l'occasion de l'ouverture, je voudrais dire quelques mots.
Utilisé pour des entreprises importantes comme des cérémonies, des débuts ou des événements majeurs.
NOTE
Cela marque un moment spécial — des débuts comme 開始, 入学, 卒業, 出発, ou 結婚.
NOTE
Attachez にあたって directement à un noun (nom) (入学 → 入学にあたって). Courant dans les discours et l'écrit.
