Explication
NOTE
〜というものだ exprime un jugement évaluatif du locuteur — c'est ce qu'on appelle X ou c'est bien naturel.
困った時に助け合うのが友達というものだ。
S'entraider dans les moments difficiles, c'est ce qu'on appelle un ami.
Utilisé pour donner une affirmation définitive, presque philosophique, sur la vraie nature de quelque chose.
NOTE
Le ton est définitif et assertif — énonçant une vérité générale, une norme sociale ou un fait évident.
NOTE
Avec les nouns (noms), attachez というものだ directement à la forme du dictionnaire (友達 → 友達というものだ).
