Explication
NOTE
〜からいうと / 〜からすると signifie du point de vue de — observer quelque chose sous une perspective particulière.
親の立場からいうと、心配でたまらない。
Du point de vue d'un parent, je ne peux pas m'empêcher de m'inquiéter.
S'attache souvent à une personne, un rôle ou une position pour exprimer son point de vue.
NOTE
Le sens ① se concentre sur la perspective adoptée — une personne, un rôle ou une preuve servant de base au jugement.
NOTE
Les deux s'attachent aux nouns (noms) : 〜からいうと (aussi 〜からいえば) et 〜からすると (aussi 〜からすれば) sont en grande partie interchangeables.

からいうと親からいうと、子供には健康でいて欲しいです。
Oya kara iu to, kodomo ni wa kenkou de ite hoshii desu.
From the parent's point of view, I want my children to be healthy.
学生の立場からいうと、この試験はとても難しいです。
Gakusei no tachiba kara iu to, kono shiken wa totemo muzukashii desu.
From the student's point of view, this exam is very difficult.
経済面からいうと、新しい車を買うのはまだ早いです。
Keizai-men kara iu to, atarashii kuruma o kau no wa mada hayai desu.
From an economic point of view, buying a new car is still too early.
先生からいうと、この答えは間違っている。
Sensei kara iu to, kono kotae wa machigatte iru.
Du point de vue du professeur, cette réponse est fausse.
私の経験からいうと、この方法が一番早い。
Watashi no keiken kara iu to, kono houhou ga ichiban hayai.
Du point de vue de mon expérience, cette méthode est la plus rapide.
会社の方針からいうと、残業は減らすべきだ。
Kaisha no houshin kara iu to, zangyou wa herasu beki da.
Du point de vue de la politique de l'entreprise, les heures supplémentaires doivent être réduites.
NOTE
〜からすると met souvent l'accent sur le jugement à partir d'indices ou de l'apparence — un peu plus axé sur la déduction que 〜からいうと.

Senmonka no iken kara suruto, kono mondai wa sugu ni wa kaiketsu dekimasen.
From the expert's point of view, this problem cannot be solved immediately.
顔色からすると、体調が悪そうだ。
Kaoiro kara suru to, taichou ga warusou da.
À en juger par ton teint, tu n'as pas l'air bien.
学生からすると、試験は少ないほうがいい。
Gakusei kara suru to, shiken wa sukunai hou ga ii.
Du point de vue des étudiants, moins d'examens c'est mieux.
あの口ぶりからすると、彼は知っているようだ。
Ano kuchiburi kara suru to, kare wa shitte iru you da.
À en juger par sa façon de parler, il semble être au courant.
