Explication
NOTE

陸ろくに〜ない signifie pas correctement (not properly) ou à peine (barely) — une action est faite de manière insuffisante.

最近さいきん陸ろくに寝ねていない。
Je ne dors pas vraiment ces derniers temps.
陸 se lit ろく ici — une lecture rare spécifique à cette expression.
NOTE

Le verbe doit être à la forme négative. 陸に porte un ton critique — le locuteur pense que l'action est insuffisante.

NOTE

Apparaît souvent avec des verbes comme 食べる, 寝る, 勉強べんきょうする, 話はなす — des activités quotidiennes mal faites.
