NOTE
〜に先立ち signifie préalablement à — utilisé avant un événement formel ou important.
開会式に先立ち、社長が挨拶をした。
Préalablement à la cérémonie d'ouverture, le président a prononcé une allocution.
Utilisé dans des contextes formels/écrits — cérémonies, annonces, événements officiels.
NOTE
C'est la forme masu-stem de 〜に先立って, utilisée en milieu de phrase pour continuer vers la proposition suivante.
NOTE
Comparé à 〜に先立って (termine une proposition avec て-form), 〜に先立ち donne un ton plus formel et écrit.
NOTE
S'attache directement aux nouns (noms) décrivant l'événement à venir (会議, 出発, 公演, etc.).
