Explication
NOTE
〜ないではいられない signifie can't help but do X (ne pas pouvoir s'empêcher de faire X) — exprimant une envie irrésistible de faire quelque chose.
この映画を見ると、泣かないではいられない。
Quand je regarde ce film, je ne peux pas m'empêcher de pleurer.
Utilisé pour décrire une réaction émotionnelle ou physique que le locuteur ne peut pas réprimer.
NOTE
Le locuteur se sent contraint par l'émotion ou les circonstances — ce n'est pas un choix, ça arrive tout simplement.
NOTE
Attachez à un verb (verbe) sous sa forme négative (ない), puis ajoutez ではいられない (食べる → 食べないではいられない).
