Explanation
NOTE
When まだ is combined with the ていない form, it means not yet. It expresses that an expected action has not been completed so far.
NOTE
This is the natural answer to questions using もう (already). If someone asks もう食べた？ (Have you eaten already?), you can reply まだ食べていない (Not yet).
STRUCTURE

いないまだ食べていない。
Mada tabeteinai.
I haven't eaten yet.
宿題はまだしていない。
Shukudai wa mada shiteinai.
I haven't done the homework yet.
その本はまだ読んでいない。
