NOTE
The pattern ましょうか means shall we or shall I. It is used to politely offer to do something or to suggest doing something together as a question.
NOTE
When you offer help, ましょうか means shall I do it for you?. When suggesting a group activity, it means shall we do it together?. The context makes the meaning clear.
