〜のがじょうず
to be good at ~
Explanation
NOTE
To say someone is good at doing something, you turn the verb into a noun phrase using の, then follow it with がじょうず (or が上手). The の nominalizes the action so you can describe skill at it.
NOTE
Be careful: じょうず is typically used to describe other people, not yourself. Using it about yourself can sound boastful.
STRUCTURE

Kanojo wa utau no ga jouzu da.
She is good at singing.

Tanaka-san wa ryouri suru no ga jouzu da.
