Explanation
NOTE
Adding から after the て form means after doing or once something is done. It emphasizes that the first action must be completed before the second one begins.
NOTE
Unlike the plain て form which simply chains actions, てから stresses the sequence — the first action is a prerequisite for the second.
STRUCTURE

Te o aratte kara, taberu.

Shukudai o shite kara, asobu.
