Explanation
NOTE
The verb 来る (くる, to come) is irregular. Its polite negative form is 来ません (きません). Notice the reading changes from くる to きません.
STRUCTURE

Tomodachi ga kimasen.
My friend doesn't come.
バスが来ません。
Basu ga kimasen.
The bus doesn't come.
明日は来ません。
Ashita wa kimasen.
I won't come tomorrow.
