Explanation
NOTE
The polite form of くる is きます. Notice the reading of 来 changes from く to き — this is one of the irregular aspects of this verb.
NOTE
Use きます in formal or polite conversations, just like you would use ます with any other verb.
STRUCTURE

友達が来ます。
Tomodachi ga kimasu.
My friend is coming.
明日学校に来ますか?
Ashita gakkō ni kimasu ka?
Are you coming to school tomorrow?
先生がもうすぐ来ます。
Sensei ga mō sugu kimasu.
The teacher will come soon.
