Explanation
NOTE
The verb 来る (くる, to come) is irregular. Its casual negative form is 来ない (こない). Notice the reading changes from くる to こない.
STRUCTURE

Tomodachi ga konai.
My friend doesn't come.
バスが来ない。
Basu ga konai.
The bus doesn't come.
明日は来ない。
Ashita wa konai.
I won't come tomorrow.
