Explanation
NOTE
To make a polite negative sentence with ru-verbs, you drop the final る and add ません. This is the ません form.
NOTE
Use this form in polite or formal situations — with strangers, at work, or in any setting where you would use ます for affirmative sentences.

Asagohan o tabemasen.
I do not eat breakfast.
テレビを見ません。
