Explanation
NOTE
The sentence-ending particle ね seeks agreement or confirmation from the listener. It is like adding right?, isn't it?, or don't you think? at the end.
NOTE
Use ね when you expect the listener to agree or when you are sharing a feeling you believe is mutual. It makes your speech sound softer and more conversational.
