Explanation
NOTE
そちら is the polite way to say there or that way. It refers to the direction or area near the listener. You can also use it to politely refer to something or someone close to the person you are speaking with.
NOTE
そちら is the polite equivalent of そこ (there) and それ (that). It is commonly used in business and customer service.
