Explanation
NOTE

The polite form of する is します. Since する is an irregular verb, this form must be memorized — it does not follow る-verb or う-verb rules.

NOTE

Compound verbs made with する also use します for the polite form. Simply replace する with します: べんきょうする → べんきょうします.
