Explanation
NOTE
To make an i-adjective negative in polite speech, you drop the final い and add くないです or くありません. Both are acceptable, but くないです is more common in modern Japanese.

くないです今日は暑くないです。
Kyou wa atsukunai desu.
Today is not hot.
この問題は難しくないです。
Kono mondai wa muzukashikunai desu.
This problem is not difficult.
あの店は高くありません。
Ano mise wa takaku arimasen.
