〜ように言う

Explanation
NOTE

ように言いう means to tell someone to do something. It is used to report a command, request, or instruction given to another person.

NOTE

You attach ように<ruby>言<rt>い</rt></ruby>う after the dictionary form of a verb. For negative instructions, use the ない-form before ように言いう.
