Explanation
NOTE
ようだ means it seems that ~ or it appears that ~. The speaker makes a judgment based on evidence they have observed — something they saw, heard, or felt.
NOTE
Attach ようだ to the plain form of verbs and adjectives. It is more formal and objective than みたい. The speaker is drawing a conclusion from indirect evidence.
