Explanation
NOTE
のだろうか expresses a deep, reflective wondering. It is more formal and literary than かな, and often appears in writing, speeches, or when pondering something seriously.
NOTE
Attach のだろうか to the plain form of a verb. The の adds an explanatory nuance, and だろうか adds uncertainty. Together, they create a tone of thoughtful questioning.
