Explanation
NOTE
なければならない means must do something. Like なければいけない, it expresses obligation, but it sounds more formal and is often used in writing, rules, and official contexts.
NOTE
The formation is the same: take the ない-form of a verb, drop ない, and add なければならない. Choose this form when you want to sound more serious or formal.
