when ~
Explanation
NOTE
The particle と after a verb in dictionary form expresses a natural or automatic consequence — when A happens, B always follows. It describes results that are predictable or habitual.
NOTE
Use と for things like natural laws, machine operations, or habitual sequences. It is not used for intentions, requests, or one-time events you control.
STRUCTURE
