Explanation
NOTE
〜か〜か presents two alternatives in a question or embedded clause. It means whether ~ or ~ and is used when the speaker is unsure which option applies.
NOTE
Each alternative is followed by か. Unlike English or, both options carry か, creating a balanced pair. This pattern often appears inside longer sentences with verbs like わからない or 決める.
STRUCTURE

行くか行かないかまだ決めていない。
Iku ka ikanai ka mada kimete inai.
I haven't decided whether to go or not.
これが正しいか間違っているかわからない。
Kore ga tadashii ka machigatte iru ka wakaranai.
I don't know whether this is correct or wrong.
電車で行くかバスで行くか迷っている。
Densha de iku ka basu de iku ka mayotte iru.
