お〜になる
to do (honorific)
Explanation
NOTE
The pattern お〜になる is an honorific expression used to show respect toward someone of higher status. It elevates the other person's action.
NOTE
Take the ます-stem of a verb, wrap it with お before and になる after. Use this when talking about a superior's actions, never about yourself.
STRUCTURE

先生がこの本をお読みになった。
Sensei ga kono hon o oyomi ni natta.
The teacher read this book.
社長はもうお帰りになりました。
Shachō wa mō okaeri ni narimashita.
The company president has already gone home.
部長が資料をお書きになった。
Buchō ga shiryō o okaki ni natta.
The department head wrote the documents.
