Explanation

NOTE

おうと思おもいます is the polite version of ようと<ruby>思<rt>おも</rt></ruby>う. It means I think I will do something and expresses intention or a decision in polite speech.

NOTE

You form it by taking the volitional form of a verb and adding と思おもいます. This is commonly used in formal situations like work or school.
