Explanation
NOTE

ら is a pluralizer that attaches to pronouns and people nouns to mean we, they, or those people. It sounds casual and sometimes slightly rough.

NOTE

僕ぼくら means we (casual masculine), 彼かれら means they (masculine or mixed group), and こいつら means these guys (very informal). Compared to たち, ら is more colloquial.
