Explanation
NOTE
〜ない〜はない is a double negative that creates a strong affirmative. It means there is nothing that doesn't ~ — in other words, everything does.
NOTE
The pattern uses ない twice: the verb in its negative form, then はない at the end. 食べない人はいない means there is nobody who doesn't eat it = everyone eats it. It adds emphasis and certainty.
