Explanation
NOTE
〜と〜どちらが〜 is used to ask which of two things has more of a certain quality. It is the standard way to make a comparison question between two items.
NOTE
Place two nouns with と between them, then add どちらが followed by the quality you are comparing. The answer typically uses 〜のほうが〜 to indicate the preferred choice.
