Explanation
NOTE

〜と〜どちらが〜 is used to ask which of two things has more of a certain quality. It is the standard way to make a comparison question between two items.

NOTE

Place two nouns with between them, then add どちらが followed by the quality you are comparing. The answer typically uses 〜のほうが〜 to indicate the preferred choice.
