NOTE

ってもいい means you could say ~ or it's fair to say ~. It is used to express a strong but slightly softened assertion about something.

NOTE

Use the plain form before ってもいい. This pattern lets you make a bold claim while sounding a little humble — you are inviting agreement rather than stating absolute fact.
