i hope ~

Explanation

NOTE

といい expresses a hope or wish that something will happen. It translates as I hope ~ or it would be nice if ~.

NOTE

You attach といい after the dictionary form of a verb. Adding ですね or んですが at the end makes it more polite and conversational.

STRUCTURE

Ashita hareru to ii desu ne.

I hope it will be sunny tomorrow.
