Explanation
NOTE
Use てはいけない after a verb in て form to express prohibition, meaning must not do or it is not allowed to do. This is used for rules, warnings, and telling someone not to do something.
NOTE
In casual speech, てはいけない is often shortened to ちゃいけない (or じゃいけない for verbs whose て form ends in で).
ここで走っちゃいけないよ。
