NOTE
The pattern 〜てくれない is a casual way to ask someone to do something for you. It literally means won't you do ~ for me? and is used with friends and close people.
NOTE
It is softer than a direct command but more casual than 〜てくれませんか. The negative question form implies I'd appreciate it if you would....
