Explanation
NOTE
そうに is the adverbial form of そう. It modifies verbs to describe how someone does something — they do it in a way that seems a certain way.
NOTE
For i-adjectives, drop い and add そうに. For na-adjectives, attach そうに directly to the stem. Use it before a verb to describe the manner of the action.
