〜しか〜ない

Explanation
NOTE
しか...ない means only and always pairs with a negative verb. It emphasizes that there is nothing more than the stated amount or option — often with a nuance of disappointment or limitation.
NOTE
Place しか after the noun you want to limit, and end the sentence with a negative verb. Unlike だけ (which is neutral), しか...ない stresses that the amount is less than expected.
