Explanation

NOTE

The pattern お〜ください is an honorific request. It is more formal and polite than 〜てください and is commonly used in business settings and customer service.

NOTE

Take the ます-stem of a verb, place お before it and ください after. This pattern treats the listener with elevated respect while making a request.
