Explanation
NOTE

The potential form of u-verbs expresses can do. To form it, change the final u sound to its e row equivalent, then add る.

NOTE

For example: 書く → 書ける, 読む → 読める, 話す → 話せる, 泳ぐ → 泳げる. The result is always a ru-verb that conjugates normally.
