Explanation
NOTE
〜について and 〜につき both mean about or concerning — they mark the topic of discussion, inquiry, or explanation.
環境問題について話し合った。
We discussed about environmental issues.
Ni tsuite is a common, neutral way to say 'about' or 'regarding' a specific topic.
NOTE
について is the common everyday form. につき is the more formal written or official version, often seen in notices and documents.
