NOTE
〜といえば means speaking of or when you mention X. It links a topic to a related idea or memory that naturally comes to mind.
夏といえば、花火ですね。
Speaking of summer, it's fireworks, isn't it.
This grammar is used to bring up a topic that is commonly associated with the subject mentioned.
