NOTE
〜てからでないと〜ない means unless X is done first, Y cannot happen — a strict prerequisite.
確認してからでないと送れない。
Unless I confirm it first, I cannot send it.
Used to express that an action cannot proceed until a prerequisite condition is met.
NOTE
Combines てから (after doing) + でないと (unless) + negative result, creating a strong dependency.
