NOTE

〜だらけ means covered in or full of — it expresses that something is filled with an undesirable quantity of something. It always carries a negative nuance, unlike 〜ずくめ (positive) or 〜まみれ (physically coated).

作文さくぶん間違まちがだらけだった。
The essay was full of mistakes.
〜だらけ is used to indicate that something is covered in or full of a specific, usually negative, item.
NOTE

Common だらけ expressions: 間違まちがいだらけ (full of mistakes), ゴミだらけ (covered in trash), 借金しゃっきんだらけ (full of debt), どろだらけ (covered in mud).

どもがどろだらけになってかえってきた。
The child came home covered in mud.
It is often used with physical substances like mud, dust, or trash to describe a messy state.
