Explanation
NOTE
〜だけしか〜ない is an emphatic "only" construction combining だけ and しか for stronger emphasis.
100円だけしか持っていない。
I only have 100 yen (and nothing more).
This pattern emphasizes that the quantity is small or insufficient by pairing 'dake' with the negative form of the verb.
NOTE
The sentence always ends with a negative verb. Unlike だけ alone (neutral), だけしかない emphasizes insufficiency or limitation.
