Explanation
NOTE
たとえ〜ても means even if — a hypothetical or extreme condition where the result stays the same.
たとえ失敗しても、諦めない。
Even if I fail, I will not give up.
Used here with a verb in the 'te-form' to emphasize that a specific action will not prevent the outcome.
NOTE
たとえ sets up the hypothetical; 〜ても / でも closes it. Stronger and more literary than plain 〜ても.
