〜きる ①

Explanation
NOTE
〜きる ① means to do something completely — to finish or do it all the way through, leaving nothing undone.
弁当を食べきった。
I ate up every last bit of my lunch box.
The verb 〜きった indicates that an action was performed completely or to its final limit.
NOTE
Attach きる to the [V][~~ます~~] stem. Examples: 食べきる (eat it all), 使いきる (use it all up), 読みきる (read through to the end).
STRUCTURE
Vます
きる冷蔵庫の食材を使いきった。
Reizouko no shokuzai wo tsukaikitta.
I used up all the ingredients in the fridge.
長い小説を読みきった。
Nagai shousetsu wo yomikitta.
I read the long novel all the way through.
貯金を使いきってしまった。
Chokin wo tsukaikitte shimatta.
I completely used up my savings.
