Explanation
NOTE
The passive-causative of u-verbs means 'to be made to do something'.
上司に残業させられた。
I was made to work overtime by my boss.
Full form: させられた
親に謝らされた。
I was made to apologize by my parents.
Contracted form: された (casual speech)
NOTE
Full form: ない-stem + せられる. Contracted to される in casual speech.
NOTE
The person who forces the action is marked with に.

Kodomo no koro, piano o hikaserareta.
When I was a child, I was made to play the piano.
