Explanation
NOTE
〜的 (てき) attaches to nouns to create na-adjective-like words meaning "-like," "-oriented."
彼女は積極的な人だ。
She is a proactive person.
積極的 = proactive. 的 creates a na-adjective.
NOTE
It modifies nouns (〜的な＋noun) or functions adverbially (〜的に). Common in formal and academic language.

Please speak concretely.
When used as '〜的に', the word functions as an adverb to modify a verb.
