Explanation
NOTE

尤もっとも is used to qualify or add a caveat to something just stated. It means that said, although, or however — introducing a condition or exception.

彼かれは優秀ゆうしゅうだ。尤もっとも、経験けいけんはまだ少すくない。
He is talented. That said, he still has little experience.
Mottomo is used as a conjunction to introduce a caveat or a slight limitation to the previous statement.
NOTE
  • More formal than でも or ただし.
  • Often used in writing, formal speech, or careful explanation.
  • The speaker acknowledges the previous point but adds a limiting or qualifying note.
この計画けいかくはうまくいくだろう。尤もっとも、条件じょうけんが整ととのえばの話はなしだが。
This plan will likely succeed. That said, only if the conditions are in place.
It adds a condition or modifies the initial positive expectation.

Nihongo wa omoshiroi gengo da. Mottomo, muzukashii bubun mo ooi.
Japanese is an interesting language. That said, there are many difficult parts.
