Explanation
NOTE

〜わけではない is used for partial negation — "it doesn't mean that" or "it's not that". It corrects a possible misunderstanding.

日本語にほんごが嫌きらいなわけではないが、難むずかしい。
It's not that I dislike Japanese, it's just difficult.
Use this structure to deny an extreme assumption or to clarify a nuance when your statement might be misinterpreted.
NOTE

Unlike a simple negative, it acknowledges something might seem true, then clarifies it isn't. Casual spoken form: 〜わけじゃない.
