Explanation
NOTE
The causative of ru-verbs makes or lets someone do something.
母は私に野菜を食べさせた。
My mother made me eat vegetables.
Caused action — the speaker was made to eat
NOTE
Form: remove る and add させる → 食べる → 食べ + させる (食べさせる).
NOTE
Mark the person forced with を, or に for willing/permitted actions.

Sensei wa seito ni hon o yomasaseru.
The teacher makes the students read books.

Kodomo ni heya o katazukesaseta.
